December 4, 2009 meeting started 7:30 PM held at the conference room ground floor of F.G.C.I.S. in front of the high school principal's office.

Planning of next meeting on December 10, 2009 - 1:00 PM

1. Meeting formally started 7:30 PM after the election of officers and members of the board ended. It was followed by inspiring words from our elected president, Laarni B. Nasam regarding alumni association registration.
2. Officers agreed that alumni association consultants will be Ms. Manansala, Mrs, Sallador, Mrs, Besa and Mrs, Faigao.
3. Officers and board of directors agreed that the advisers will be the faculty club president and our high school principal.
4. The induction of the elected officers and members of the board of the alumni association will be on the day of the Christmas Party of the faculty (December 18, 2009).
5. The reactivation of our alumni association compared to other school's who have this as their own annual activity.
6. Planning of grand alumni homecoming which is tentatively scheduled on March 12, 2010 (F.G.C.I.S Foundation Day).
7. Elected president Laarni B. Nasam gave personal appreciation to all attendees and said she is looking forward for more harmonious working relationship with everyone.
8. Our high school principal, Mrs. Giron thanked everyone who came to the school for the initial meetup.
9. Jhon Jon Madrilejo ended the meeting with a short prayer. 
10. Alumni and board members meeting adjourned at 8:10 PM
